“ LOVE the car I bought there but brought it in to fix the seat my boyfriend broke they did an amazing job doing that, but I had an airleak in my tire and they tried to tell me the tire pressure sensor needed replaced when it didn't need replaced, I just got the tire fixed for free. Then I brought it in for an oil change early on accident they discounted the oil change but told me I'd need my brakes replaced by winter so I called around winter and talked to someone else and she looked at my...View More ”
“ First time customer came here for an oil change I have Toyota care on my 24 Toyota Corolla it's a work vehicle. And they tried to charge me $60 for a cabin air filter that was part of the routine maintenance of the Toyota Care plan I explain that to the service advisor and they were adamant about it wasn't Just had my oil change done at another Toyota dealership and it was replaced as well as my air filter with the Toyota Care plan. Dishonest business practices like this lose customers! ”
“ My son brought in our Toyota Prius for service. The service manager assessed it and advised not fixing it due to the price. Thayer sales said they'd purchase it for less than the cost of the service assessment, but I agreed to it. A few months later, I got a bill from the Florida SunPass department that a car with my license plate drove their toll roads and now I have to pay those tolls. Thayer did not destroy my license plate. ”

“ I made a 2:00 O'clock appointment for an oil and had to wait over 2hrs for my car to be finished. No apology, no nothing...very poor customer service. Associate made lots of excuses. This happens to lot of their customers. My wife has had the same experience. Everyone I work with that has done business with them has had the same experience. “ Took my Prius in for a check engine diagnostic. Rep. told me the 12 V died in the shop and I had to buy a new one to finish the diagnosis. I called BS, took the car to an honest mech who said I had over 2 yrs earranty left and the battery was fine. Honest mech said he sees this scam all the time, Thayer must be desparate, they used to be good. NO MORE! ”
